Join us Thursday, September 24 for a Women’s Health Panel featuring EMPWR Collective members, Dr. Danielle Litoff, Dr. Amy Sanguinetti, and Dr. Sara Trigero.

This is your opportunity to ask the questions you’ve been wondering about and hear real answers from women’s health professionals in a welcoming, comfortable setting.

And yes — you can ask anonymously! Questions will be submitted in writing, so no one in the room will know who asked what. Come prepared with the questions you really want answered.

Healthy Body. Healthy Mind. Healthy Soul.

Taking care of ourselves means more than one thing.

It’s how we care for our bodies. How we manage stress and protect our energy. The relationships that support us. The things that bring us joy and peace. And yes—even the way we work and the expectations we place on ourselves.

Throughout September, we’re making space to talk about the whole picture.

Our Questions of the Day will explore wellness, boundaries, rest, joy, healthy business habits, and the small choices that help us feel and function at our best.

No perfect routines required. No one-size-fits-all version of “healthy.”

Just a reminder that while we’re busy taking care of our businesses, our families, our communities, and everyone else who counts on us…

we belong on that list, too. 💙🧡

Our September evening meeting is almost here! Join us Thursday, September 3 at 5:30 PM upstairs at Reno Public Market for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.

If you’re planning to join us, please register ahead of time if you can! It helps us plan for the evening and makes check-in a whole lot easier.

And for our business owners: we still have ONE vendor table available! Vendor spots are just $25 and give you a chance to showcase your business, connect with attendees, and introduce yourself to the whole room.

Our August Outdoor Adventure was worth the early alarm! 🌅

We kicked off the day with a Sunrise Hike, getting outside together, enjoying some beautiful views, and proving once again that adventures are just better with good company.

Our Outdoor Adventure Series is all about trying new things, exploring our area, and creating opportunities to connect beyond our regular EMPWR meetings. Each month brings something a little different, and beginners and families are welcome at many of our adventures.
