alone has lost more than half of its original wetlands, nature's most productive ecosystem, and continues to lose more than 100,000 wetland acres each year. DU spends over 87% of each dollar raised in direct conservation work, which benefits over 900 species of wildlife and over 11 million acres of wetlands.

Do the DU Dash on your own time, on your course, between June 8th and June 16th. You can support the cause by participating in the 5k or 10k Run/Walk. Not a runner, no worries. Sign up for the 5k Any Way, and you can bike, swim, rollerblade, jump in your boat, ATV, kayak, or whatever. There is no limit to how you can support wetlands, waterfowl, clean water, and...coots.
