Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza The Nevada Veterans Memorial Plaza is located at The Sparks Marina in Sparks, Nevada.

It is a Statewide memorial where all current 916 Servicemen and Women (and those in the future) from all counties have been enshrined. 501c3 non-profit organization. The mission of Nevada Veterans Memorial is to preserve and honor the legacy of our fallen service men and women since 1864 by building a New Memorial Plaza for the entire state located at the Sparks Marina.

We were saddened to learn of the passing of Nancy O'Connor. Her sudden passing is a heartbreaking loss to our community. Through her work with Parks & Recreation Nancy helped make our community a better place.

Our thoughts and condolences are with her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace. ❤️

Had the honor of hosting the Nevada Department of Veterans Services for their Color Run/Walk to spread awareness for Veteran su***de! There was a great turn out!
Walkers and runners of all ages came out to support!

What a great event NDVS and Cary DeMars! Special shout out to all the vendors and Councilman Paul Anderson for coming out!

Last Sunday we had the honor of attending the Purple Heart Dinner put on by Nevadans 4 Vets . The amount of history and stories in that room was incredible, I wish I could sit with each of them for just 20 minutes!
