Although on the calendar it says September is su***de awareness month, we need to reach out to those around us all year long!

You are never a burden or an inconvenience or a problem! We would rather you come to someone than to end it all! We would not be better off without you, we WILL miss you, you wont be forgotten!

Please reach out!

We had a beautiful ceremony of remembrance this morning to honor and pay tribute to those who were there that tragic day, who ran in when everyone else ran out, who lost their lives, who redirected a plan, who saved countless lives and the families of those gone but not forgotten!

Thank you so much to the City of Sparks, Nevada Government, our amazing fire department, 2 Star Major General Ronald Bath (ret.), our singer Xochilt Luna and all those who attended this morning's event!
