Enclosed is the corporate charter filed with the State of Nevada. It takes awhile before we're fully recognized as a charitable organization. We hope to be running and helping public schools before the year is over.

We're in the initial stages of founding the organization. We still have some pending paperwork to submit to get full charitable status. These stages are often tricky since we're operating under a budget, yet we need to get the word out.
