Ask Joe: -former judge intends to plead guilty-
Retired Judge Bridget Robb has filed paperwork in Sparks Municipal Court indicating her desire to plead guilty to a misdemeanor stalking charge.
Robb's signed statement reads in part "I admit that the city possesses sufficient evidence which would result in my conviction."
Robb faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine on the stalking charge. She's also agreed to undergo a mental health evaluation and counseling according to court documents and pay nearly $9,000 in restitution in exchange for pleading guilty.
The restitution addresses the cost of a security system purchased by the person she's accused of stalking.
Robb resigned as a Washoe Family Court Judge in February after a protective order was issued against her.
She's accused of stalking her ex's new girlfriend hundreds of times between 2024 and 2025.
Robb is due in court next week.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Fajar left her residence on 03/31/2023 and has not been located.
