We want to thank everyone who supported our BBQ Fundraiser tonight. We really appreciate two anonymous donors for buying all the food that was prepared. A special thank you to Randy Mooney who prepared the food which was very good! Thank you to all the workers, servers and to all those who prepared desserts for tonight's meal.
Your support helped us take in $2277.00 in sales and donations which we truly appreciate.
Don't forget our Community Building is available for use for a very small fee. If you are interested in renting the building for an event you can contact Paulette Nalls to schedule the use of the building.

Get ready for some good BBQ this Saturday. We need some help to make this successful:

1) Desserts: if you can provide a dessert, please let Paulette know. We need you to bring it to the building around 3PM Saturday.

2) Volunteers: we are going to arrive at the Community Building around 3PM Saturday. We need help cleaning up and preparing to serve. Please come help us. Any area high school student needing volunteer hours can come get hours at this event!

3) Come Support: please come this Saturday, support the Pine Grove Community Building and purchase a plate of BBQ!

WHAT: BBQ PLATE DINNER
WHEN: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2024
TIME: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
WHERE: PINE GROVE COMMUNITY BUILDING (EAT IN OR TAKE OUT)

PRICE: $16 per plate which includes sides, drink and dessert.

All proceeds go to support the Pine Grove Community Building.

Randy Mooney will be preparing the barbequed meats, beans and potato salad (a big shout out and thanks to Randy!)

As part of the Community Service for Graduation Guidance in the State of Arkansas, all current 9th grade students who are set to graduate in the academic year 2026-2027 or beyond, are required to complete a minimum of seventy-five (75) clock hours of documented community service prior to graduation.

Today, Cadie Belle Givens and Jasmine Givens (both are students at Harmony Grove School District) spent over three (3) hours helping to clean the Pine Grove Community Building. I want to thank these two hard workers for their help, and support of our small community.

Thanks to everyone who supported our fundraiser tonight.

Danny Givens won the raffle which was a $500.00 gift card to Hunters Refuge.

We sold over 102 plates.

We raised right under $5000 (like $4980) after all expenses were paid.
