2026 Grant Season is Open at Buckaroo Foundation!

Dear Buckaroo Foundation Community,

As we move into 2026, the Buckaroo Foundation remains committed to our mission:
improving access to life-changing therapy for individuals with disabilities in Baldwin County.

We are thrilled to announce that we are officially accepting grant applications for our 2026 Accessibility Grant Program!

While we are saddened with the recent news that Buckaroo Barn LLC is closing in April, the Buckaroo Foundation will continue to support their patients and families under our current structure until the closing date. During this time we are doing our due diligence and research for the best way to move forward to continue to serve and support the special needs community.
We are forever grateful to all of our donors and those who have supported us in all of our endeavors over the years. We will continue to honor the memory of Kristye Chastang and her vision to give those with special needs the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. We are honored to be a part of the Buckaroo ministry; and are forever thankful for the privilege of serving the patients, their families, and all related employees. We are grateful for all the support and love shown to us by the WhiteHouse Fork community, businesses locally and nationally, and the Chastang family. To those who have supported us by spreading awareness of our fundraising events, attending them, and donating to our cause, thank you. Our success and ability to provide support is largely dependent on you! Please stay tuned to our social media pages for future developments. 💙💙

We want to give a big Thank You to one of our own in The Buckaroo Family!! Buffie Davis Rhodes has been a part of The Buckaroo Family for many years. A qualified therapist who has made a lasting impact at the Buckaroo Barn through serving Kryste, the Chastang family, our lil' Buckaroos and the barn staff! She makes a mean salsa and has donated a portion of the proceeds( 500+) from the month of October!! Give her a shout out and grab ya some salsa!!!
