THE PROGRAM
The Personal Response-Ability Life Coach-led 15-lesson spiritually based GO Broken to Beautiful/Badass program empowers incarcerated and formerly incarcerat

ed individuals to take ownership of their lives by developing response-ability—the power to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and positive change. OUR MISSION
We are committed to breaking the cycle of incarceration by providing comprehensive services that help individuals heal from adversity, reclaim their potential, and successfully reenter society as responsible, thriving citizens. OUR APPROACH
Participants move beyond their broken pasts through our spiritually grounded GO Broken to Beautiful/Badass Program to build lives of peace, purpose, and significance. They emerge stronger, wiser, more resilient, and more confident than ever before. Our Certified Personal Response-Ability Coaches guide participants to create a personalized, step-by-step plan for success—free from fear, judgment, or guilt. The QUANTUM THOUGHT TOOLS learned in this program help participants:

✅ Enhance response-ability—choosing proactive, empowered responses to life’s challenges
✅ Learn to stop negative thought patterns, replacing them with positive thoughts to direct their lives on purpose
✅ Learn the tools that promote healthy habits and productive lifestyles

Client must submit an application for approval to participate in this Program. Client is responsible for purchasing the $45 #1 International Bestselling "GO Broken to Beautiful (or Badass) Manual: What to Do When Life Leaves You Broken." The program runs 15 weeks and is offered via Zoom or by phone. An email address is required to access and return homework assignments. AS A PERSONAL RESPONSE-ABILITY COACH, I AM PRIVILEGED TO COACH INCARCERATED AND PREVIOUSLY INCARCERATED WOMEN.

Most of the women I have interviewed have similar stories to tell. Most carry the same sad and tragic histories: abuse of every kind, trafficking, drug addiction, children taken away, severely dysfunctional families, in and out of jail and prison. Most of these women have never been appreciated or loved unconditionally; most have never been told they are important, or needed, or felt special or valued. Most have endured constant cruelty and unfathomable abuse. Most have been enticed into submission through ulterior motives and/or pervasive manipulation. Most feel unworthy, not good enough, just not enough. Aside from the locked bars on the windows and doors of their incarceration, most of these women are paralyzed in a prison of hopelessness, depression, and despair.

It is always remarkable to me when one of these dear souls finally chooses to rise as a Phoenix from her ashes. When she learns the world is filled with good people (as well as bad); when she learns there are people who genuinely care; and when she can actually learn to trust humankind while maintaining appropriate healthy boundaries, she experiences breath-taking ah-ha moments. I have witnessed unparalleled success and accomplishments in some, and honestly, have added many names to my ever-growing list of heroes.

I am richly blessed to be walking this journey with women who are choosing to stand up, and in their own ways, are making this world a better place--from the inside out.
