Dumpling Feast wishes you and your loved one a very happy Valentines Day!

The second annual Dumpling Feast will be held with a different format:

Starting from Monday 2/15, MAX at mirabeau will be featuring three different kinds of hand-crafted dumplings on its menu: pork shrimp and Napa cabbage; beef and celery; shiitake mushroom, bok choy and carrot. They are served boiled or pan fried, available for dine-in and to-go orders.

Come and enjoy while supplies last. Happy Lunar New Year!

These international students are so much fun at the Dumpling Feast. We hope to see them again next year. Thank you Katie Nollenberger for arranging them to come.

Happy Lunar New Year 🧧 We had a great time at the festival learning how to make dumplings, practicing our technique, watching beautiful performances and enjoying handmade dumplings. We also snuck in some ice cream before the dumplings - dessert first!

Now all the homemade dumplings are gone, as the photo symbolizes, we want to thank all the partners, volunteers and our guests who came to support us. We hope you had a good time this year. We served over 10,000 handcrafted dumplings on Saturday, all from FRESH ingredients!
There are many things we have learned on how to improve next year, so stay tuned for the 2021 Dumpling Feast in late February! It's going to be a bigger party! Thank you 4 News Now, KHQ Local News and KREM 2 News for your support!
