My name is Nichole Turosik, and I am a proud mom of three boys — Kaiden, a 17-year-old junior in high school; Phoenyx, a 9-year-old third grader; and Maveryck, a 7-year-old first grader. I have been blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for the past 10 years, which has allowed me to be deeply involved in my children’s lives and actively engaged in their school experiences.
I am currently you're co-treasure and am running as treasure for the 2026/2027 school year because I want to be part of creating meaningful memories — not only for my own children, but for all the students at Rocky Ridge.

I understand how important responsible budgeting and financial stewardship are to ensuring successful events, programs, and opportunities for our school community. I am committed to being organized, transparent, and dedicated in managing PTA funds so we can continue to support students, staff, and families in meaningful ways.

It would be an honor to serve in this role and contribute to making each school year special for every child at Rocky Ridge.

My name is Jennifer Barnett. I work at Rocky Ridge Elementary as a lunchroom supervisor. I have been there for three and half school years. I have 2 kids, a daughter at rocky ridge who is in 3rd grade and a son who went to rocky ridge. Who is now a 8th grader at frontier.
I volunteer to help with picture day, book fair, and I help with play rehearsal. Whenever the school needs a volunteer. I will always help.

I am your current PTA secretary. I would love to be re-elected on the PTA board as the recording secretary for 2026-2027 school year. I'm good at paying attention to detail, observing, and documenting everything. If selected for this position, I look forward to learning the role and the opportunity to serve in my community, at Rocky Ridge, by helping to create fun opportunities, positive experiences and offer support for students, families and staff.

My name is viktorjia marks, I am your current PTA vice President and will be running again for next school year. I’m a mom to 5 wonderful kids 3 have attended rocky ridge. I have been active in the pta for the last 5 years and serving on the board for my first time this year and love every bit of it!!! I have been helping with popcorn day for the last 2 years and volunteering for anything I can during my time on the pta including harvest festivals, movie nights, glow dances, color run, bubble run, trunk or treat, and so much more, it’s nice as a stay at home mom to have a flexible schedule. I have a lot of fun plans for next year and I hope to finish out my PTA journey in the same position, this will be my final year to serve on the board as my daughter Olivjia is my baby and will be a big 5th grader next year. I hope to be there not only to make her last year great for her but to help pass my experience and knowledge to the next board member and volunteers who will take my place and make the memories that I have been blessed to make over the last 5 years. I hope to be re elected as your PTA vice president and to see everyone next year for an amazing 2026-2027 school year!!

Hi Raccoons!

My name is Amber Melot and I currently serve as the President of the Rocky Ridge PTA. I also teach in the K–2 Structure Program here at Rocky Ridge, coach throughout the year for Bethel Rec, work as a newborn, child, and family photographer, and most importantly, I’m a mom to two amazing kids. Abigail will be heading into 7th grade and Avery will be a 2nd grader this fall.

Being involved in my children’s school has always been incredibly important to me, and serving on the PTA board for the past three years has been such a rewarding experience. I truly believe there is nothing more meaningful than investing time into our kids and their school community. I love being part of creating fun events, special memories, and opportunities that bring our Rocky Ridge families together.

I am running again for PTA President for the 2025–2026 school year and would love the opportunity to continue the work we’ve started over the past few years. During my time on the board, my goals have been to add more events for families, grow our volunteer base, increase membership, strengthen our partnership with staff, and get more families involved in school activities.

I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made together and excited about the momentum we’re building for next year. I can’t wait to continue supporting our amazing students, staff, and families and helping make Rocky Ridge a place where all of our Raccoons feel connected and celebrated.
