Plenty of free family fun coming up.

Weds., July 29 @ 6 at Whalley Park – Summer music series continues sponsored by Southwick Rotary.

Thurs., July 30 @ 5 at SRS Ball Fields – First Responders Summer Event sponsored by Southwick Police Dept. ( Rain date will be announced if necessary)

Sat., August 1 @ 5 at Southwick Congregational Church – Family Game Night. Light refreshments. All are welcome.

Sunday, August 2 @ 2 at Southwick Congregational. Bell ringing, reading of Declaration of Independence, and reception. Sponsored by Southwick Historical Society.

"Proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants"

Southwick Congregational's historic Foote Brothers bell will ring out at 2:50 pm on July 4 in coordination with the National Bell Festival's 250 Celebration. Come join us on the Veterans Memorial in Southwick's historic downtown for this special event.

April's presentation will be about the 1944 Hartford Circus Fire. It is also the Society's annual roast pork dinner. April's 23, 2026. Join us for dinner or if not interested in the dinner you are welcome to join us for the presentation. Reservations are required for the dinner but not needed for the talk.
