MEET LOUIE!!! 😍

Hello! My name is Louie, and I am a Standard Poodle, about 6 years old, born on 2/26/2020, weigh 64 lbs, and Im very debonair with touches of silver in my soft, curly black coat, and a docked tail. I was living a good life in San Antonio, Texas, adopted as a puppy from a breeder in Arkansas. I was living with 3 dog housemates, but when our owner became ill, we were all surrendered to various dog rescues. I can't lie, it was a very rough first week for me being away from everyone I loved, waiting by the door at my foster home, and crying all night, wishing I could be back with my family. My foster parents were heartbroken for me, but with extra love and patience, I started feeling happy again. These days, with the past behind me, I am doing great and ready for a new life in a new forever home.

My foster parents want you to know that I am a wonderful boy with a great, easygoing personality, smart, calm, and kind. Im friendly with everyone, young and old, and although Im friendly with other dogs, they are not my focus, because my heart belongs to people. I LOVE going for walks, whether it's a leisurely stroll, a slow jog, or even a ride in the car; my happy place is by your side. I enjoy playing fetch and snacking on dog treats, especially watermelon and apples, and you should know that snuggling is my specialty! Yep, I am very affectionate, not kissy, but I bond wholeheartedly, basically velcro, and will follow you everywhere, including sleeping in your room at night. MEET MAGGIE!!! 😍

My name is Maggie, and I am a true Texas rescue dog, surrendered by a backyard Sheepadoodle breeder who kept me outdoors in a crate and gave me no name. I was living a very sad life without love or grooming, and thankfully, after producing 2 or 3 litters, they decided to call it quits... WOOHOO!!!
I am only 2 years old, weigh 65 lbs, now groomed, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and lovingly named Maggie, it turns out Im lovely!! Both inside and out, and I will be an amazing forever dog for some lucky family!!

I was terrified when I went to my new foster home. I had never been indoors before, been loved or petted, or slept in a cozy dog bed. It was so much all at once, but after just a few days and a major haircut, I walked out of that groomer's salon like a whole new dog, smiling and prancing like I owned the stars and the moon! My past was behind me, and I am quickly learning to be a real dog. I am gentle, kissy, sweet, and friendly. I love being near my family and following my dog friends around the house. My foster parents say I am incredibly smart, learning some basic commands, already come when called, rarely bark, and am an overall joy. I have not had any potty accidents in the house, and I still enjoy relaxing in my crate, although now, the door is left open. I am good around older kids, but have no experience with young children or kitty cats. I love cuddles, kisses, dog treats, and going for walks. My progress has been incredible, proving I was meant for something better than the depressing life I started with. Inquire about me today!

MEET QUINN!!! 😍

Hi there! I am a lovely, female Saint Berdoodle named Quinn, adopted as a puppy from a doodle breeder in Texas who specializes in my breed mix. I was born on 4/16/23, now weigh 73 lbs, and I was surrendered when my owners went through a divorce. I was a shaggy mess when 4 Little Paws Rescue picked me up (see my transformation video), but now I am freshly groomed, spayed, and all caught up on my vaccines and preventatives, totally ready to find a wonderful new forever home!

My foster parents want you to know that I am an amazing girl with a soft energy and a wonderful personality. I am friendly and kind with a zen-monk attitude and a heart of gold. Adoring of people, and unsure of other dogs, I would be happiest as the only dog in my new home. I am calm and mild, not obsessive in any way, but obedient, playful, and happy, enjoying dog toys, playing fetch, and going for walks. Get ready for snuggles because I am very affectionate, not kissy or slobbery, but snuggly, and I enjoy being with my humans. I am well-behaved, rarely bark, crate trained, housebroken, potty-pad trained, easy to care for, and very easy to love! MEET DUSTY!!! 😍

Hello, nice people! My name is Dusty, and I am a very handsome Schnauzer mix, 8 months old and 15.4 lbs. You may be surprised to know I was dumped at a park, but this is in Texas, so it's not that surprising. Anyway, a nice family picked me up, but they already had 4 dogs, so 4 Little Paws Rescue took me in. These days, I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find a forever family that lasts forever!

Turns out I am a very nice little boy with a happy attitude, just a bit shy when meeting new people, and friendly/submissive when meeting new dogs and kitty cats. Otherwise, I warm up quickly, and then my spunky personality shines through, and playtime begins. My favorite game is playing fetch, and I love chew toys and squeaky toys. Get ready for some snuggles and kisses because I am very sweet and affectionate, and I follow my foster parents around the house. At bedtime, I try my hardest to stay in my dog bed, but I will usually sneak into bed with them. I am not in love with being in a crate and will cry for a bit, then settle down. When Im home alone, I am kept in the kitchen area in case of any accidents, but Im doing great with housetraining. I mean, Im still a youngster with lots of energy, a little mischievous, but eager to please, and I take direction well. Inquire about me today!

MEET SHADOW!!! 🥰

Hello everyone! My name is Shadow, and I am an adorable 4-month-old, 19-pound Chihuahua/Pitbull mix puppy. I was confiscated from a home in Von Ormy, Texas, when my owners went to jail. The police placed my Chihuahua mom and Pitbull dad with a dog rescue, and because I was underweight, they placed me in the care of a local foster home. It turned out I just needed to be fed, and these days I am doing great! Vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, healthy, happy, and ready to find a forever family!

I am a friendly, well-socialized, and very sweet boy who instantly makes friends with humans of all ages, kitty cats, and dogs. I love playtime, and my favorite game is being chased while I run, weaving and dodging around obstacles with a toy in my mouth, and nobody can catch me! It's like watching the Running Back in a game of football! I am also extremely sweet and affectionate, and will give up playtime to snuggle beside you and share some kisses. I am doing great with housebreaking, and I know how to use a doggy door. My foster mom says I am smart, listen well, and I am not a destroyer or a barker. I'm just a sweet, happy, good boy who will make a fantastic addition to your family!

MEET COCO!!! 🥰

Hi there! Im a pretty Bull Terrier mix named Coco. I am about 6 months old, weigh 34 lbs, and have a beautiful black-and-brown coat with touches of brindle. I was all alone searching for food near a dumpster in San Antonio, Texas, when a nice lady brought me home. Without a tag or a microchip and nobody claiming me, she became my foster mom and has been getting me ready for adoption. I am now spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find my very own family!

I am a very sweet and happy, medium-energy girl, not shy at all, and I make friends easily with everyone, humans and other dogs. I enjoy playtime, zoomies, dog toys, road trips, walks to the park, snuggles with my people, and sharing the best doggy kisses! My foster mom says I am a very good girl, still a pup, and doing great with house training, but I rarely bark, and I don't guard my food or toys. I am good in a crate, and that's where I stay when home alone. I have a lovely personality and am very sweet-natured, and I will easily become a cherished member of any household! MEET PIPER!!!

Hello everyone! I’m Piper. A pretty little 2-year-old, 20 lb Pug mix ready for a chance to live a much better life as a beloved pet instead of a breeding mama. I was owned by backyard pug-mix breeders, and after a fire burned down their trailer, the neighbors helped the survivors by calling dog rescues. I was saved by 4 Little Paws Rescue, along with another pregnant mama now named Penny, and just in the nick of time! The very next day in our new foster home in Von Ormy, Texas, I delivered a single puppy on April 13th, and two days later, Penny delivered 6 puppies. It was a puppy palooza, and now that they are all weaned and getting ready for adoption, so am I. I’m now spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date with flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Yep, I’m ready to GO!!

My foster mom wants you to know that I am a very sweet and happy girl. I will probably be shy when we first meet, but I warm up quickly, and even when I’m scared, I’ll still let you pick me up. Almost right away, my joy for life and sparkling personality resumes, and I’m running zoomies, playing with dog friends, enjoying doggy toys, and ripping the stuffing out of soft toys… so save your money and don't buy me any soft toys! I am affectionate, not kissy, but I LOVE to cuddle, and when I see you plop down on the couch, I’m right there beside you. I am also well behaved, housebroken, know how to use a doggy door, and I only bark when I need to alert you. I enjoy going for walks, and I love a ride in the car, so feel free to take me along on road trips. I know I will become a cherished member of your family, so inquire about me today!

MEET GOLDO!!! 😍

Howdy Doody from Texas! I'm Goldo, a sweet and adorable male Terrier/Pug mix who looks like a sausage with stubby legs, a little nub tail, and a heart of gold. I am almost 4 years old, weigh 54.6 lbs, and I was a stray dog near the border of Mexico. I was found on the street by a kind man in town, who reached out to 4 Little Paws Rescue for help. I am now neutered, vaccinated, chipped, healthy, happy, and ready to be adopted!

My foster dad wants you to know that I am a very nice boy, calm and friendly with everyone, humans, cats, and other dogs.
