Written in the Stars💫
Over the weekend, the Miss Southlake Westlake Scholarship Organization reconnected with its Miss Texas family and friends from across the United States at the official Homecoming Celebration of our very own, Regan Hutsell.
On Friday, the Miss Texas Organization welcomed state titleholders from across the United States to the State Fair of Texas for a celebration the Big Tex way. On Saturday, the official Talent Revue put the spotlight on professional talent and culminated in the crowning of Miss Texas Stephanie Wendt. Saturday evening welcomed attendees to the Written in the Stars Gala, featuring beautiful vocal performances and words of celebration from notable figures across the State and Miss America organization.
The excitement was palpable, not only as the first opportunity for the Miss Texas family to reconnect and share the joy of celebrating Regan’s incredible accomplishment as the first Miss Texas to earn the title of Miss America in over 50 years together, but also to celebrate Stephanie Wendt, a former Miss Texas’ Teen, as she officially stepped into the role of Miss Texas. Both Regan and Stephanie embody the qualities that make Texas great—independence, resilience, friendliness, and so much more—and we are honored to have both of them represent our great State this year.
Thank you to the Miss Texas Organization for their tireless efforts in planning this momentous weekend! It wouldn’t have been possible without your enthusiasm and volunteerism.
