ANNUAL PB&J FOOD DRIVE. For many students, school meals are their only source of nourishment each day. During breaks, these children often face hunger, which can impact their well-being and learning. Beech Elementary’s Fresh Den program provides a vital food pantry to support these students during summer months, ensuring they do not go hungry. This summer marks the third year that CWA Local 4009 has organized a food drive to stock the pantry shelves. Our members’ generosity and compassion have been truly inspiring, reflecting a deep commitment to helping our community’s children. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for their ongoing support and kindness in making a difference in these young lives..

The CWA Joe Beirne Foundation offers partial college scholarships each academic year. CWA members and their spouses, children and grandchildren, including those of retired or deceased members, are eligible for the scholarships. Winners are chosen by lottery drawing.

JUST RELEASED .... at&t/CWA Midwest TA is ratified.

CWA/AT&T Midwest Ratification results are as follows:

77.65% YES, 22.35% NO, with 56% return

With a majority of eligible voters participating, members that work for AT&T Midwest voted in favor of ratifying the tentative agreement reached on January 25, 2026 with the Company. The vote count was conducted electronically by BallotPoint Election Services.
