Meet Lama

Lama Fadlalla is a third-year Architecture student pursuing a BSc at the University of Khartoum, while also completing a second Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of the People. As a graphic designer, she is passionate about using visual storytelling to communicate ideas that create social and environmental impact. Coming from Sudan, a region heavily affected by climate change and environmental challenges, she is especially interested in sustainability, community-centered design, and the role of media in shaping awareness and action.

Through her work, she aims to create meaningful, visually engaging content that connects with audiences and inspires conversation around culture, design, and environmental issues.

Ibrahim Osman is the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at YouthClimate Connect (YCC). He currently oversees the design and enforcement of the entire evidence system for the organization’s pivotal 2026 Pilot Year.As a Co-founder, Ibrahim has served in continuous executive leadership since YCC’s inception in 2023. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) until early 2025, where he was responsible for building YCC’s operational and governance backbone. He then accepted a focused, strategic assignment to lead the MEAL function—the organization’s most critical risk mitigation priority.
