so TODAY is finally, after 4 long months, surgery day. Those of you that know me know I lost my lower right leg from a motorcycle accident. My Harley verses a stainless steel De'Lorean. The stainless steel won. I've been having corrective surgeries ever since, almost all with not so good outcomes. But TODAY just might finally be my day for something to go right. This is my last chance to get a real prosthetic and not just prototypes. So whatever good thoughts you might have laying about, how bout you all send them my way! I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer and positive thought. Mind over matter right! Surgery is 7am sharp. I'm first on the list with a scheduled 3 hour window. My surgeon has my trust and my faith in his ability to do his very best. I can only hope it'll be enough for once. I'll keep you'll posted.
