Our organization provides opportunities for underrepresented adolescents to receive sponsorships to travel abroad. Through this platform we aim to:

•Give students the opportunity to learn phrases from a foreign language
•Encourage mental/health wellness
•Philanthropy
•The opportunity to do hands on work with communities abroad
•Gain community service credit
•Resume experience

It is a life-changing experience & gives BLACK & BROWN youth a chance to experience other cultures, while learning more about their history ✊🏽 in 2022, we will be taking a group of students to 🇰🇪 KENYA!!

What if I told you it looks like we’re in the top 3? 👀😩😭🙌🏽 Sooooooo thankful for all the likes, shares & comments on Instagram. If you can’t tell from my facial expressions (lol) I was a little nervous, but this platform is bigger than me!
Competition is still going! Ends at 12AM EST 4/30/2020. If I win, ALL money will go towards our nonprofit to provide sponsorships for underrepresented youth to see the world. In 2022 we’re going to KENYA 🇰🇪 , all while giving back in return! I don’t want finances to be a burden for these teens! Coming from Saginaw traveling places to like Japan, Indonesia, Jamaica, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, VI, Paris & London etc l. have really humbled me! Help us sow these seeds!

“How about taking FREE online classes through MSU?

Starting Thursday, MSU Extension are offering "Adulting 101" courses for 11th and 12th graders.

Classes include information on budget and credit, rent, and even cooking and household tasks.

All classes are FREE and done through zoom.

As previously announced, due to rising concerns over the coronavirus pandemic, Growing Hope Foundation made the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming partnership trip scheduled for April. This may or may not delay sponsorships for our first cohort of students. We appreciate your understanding and will be rescheduling the trip and a new tentative schedule at an appropriate and safe time.
