Yesterday I was able to meet with the first surgeon to return from our training program, Elizabeth Baran. She spoke of the many things she was able to learn and observe at both the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center and Eversight.

It is our intent to support the training of both young and senior physicians. It is important to train the most experience surgeons for today's patients, while also training younger surgeons for future patients. Senior surgeons who take the time and effort to train the young, create a lasting legacy of skilled patient care.
