Dora's Hope/Choice Centered Medicaid Dora's Hope/Choice Centered Medicaid Dora's Hope/Choice Centered Medicaid is a 501c(4) non-profit organization.

It is based in Connecticut and is currently reaching out to individuals in each state to create and support a national campaign to transform Meicaid into a "Choice Centered" plan. Such a plan would empower patients, their family members and their doctors to decide where the patient will receive their Medicaid services.... In an institutional environment or at a place of their choosing such as their home or assisted living center etc....surrounded by their loved ones.
