Important conversations are happening across Connecticut and we’re proud to be part of them!

Jewish Federation of Western CT was represented at “Standing Up to Anti-Zionism,” hosted by Grassroots Jewish Women of Connecticut in West Hartford.

The program featured Dr. Naya Lekht, who spoke about the growing impact of antisemitism and anti-Zionism, and the importance of education, advocacy, and standing proudly in support of the Jewish community and Israel.

These conversations matter. Community engagement, education, and advocacy continue to play a critical role in confronting hate and strengthening Jewish life across our state!

Last week's Nosh & Nurture Senior Seminar focused on something so important, healthy eating and nutrition for seniors.

A big thank you to Judy Prager, RDN, dietitian and founder of Will Fed CT, for leading such an informative and engaging discussion on “Cooking for One.”

From practical nutrition tips to simple meal ideas, the seminar provided valuable insight on staying healthy, independent, and nourished at every stage of life.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for another meaningful afternoon of learning, connection, and community!
