⭐ BNI DeSoto Member Spotlight: Jody Woody, Agent, Boren & Hawkins Insurance
Let's stir the pot a little...
Nobody in DeSoto County calls BT Electrical Services and says:
"My neighbor paid $500 for electrical work. Why is mine $800?"
Nobody calls G2 Comfort Solutions, llc and says:
"Roger got a new HVAC system. I want the exact same price."
Nobody expects Alex with Premier Pest Management to charge the same for a 5,000-square-foot house in Hernando as a little starter home in Horn Lake.
Jane Massie Crye-Leike, Realtors isn't selling every house for the same price.
Chuck Jackson with Guaranty Bank and Trust and Tony Neal - Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS # 771211aren't giving everybody the same interest rate.
Evelyn with Edward Jones isn't putting every 47-year-old into the same retirement plan.
And Servpro of DeSoto, Marshall, Tunica & Tate counties definitely knows not every water claim ends the same way.
But for some reason, when insurance comes up, people suddenly become mathematicians.
"My cousin's neighbor's uncle pays $1,200 a year. Why am I paying $1,500?"
Well... because you're not your cousin's neighbor's uncle.
Different homes. Different coverage. Different claims history. Different roofs. Different credit. Different risks.
As an insurance agent, Jody's job isn't to win the race to the bottom.
Her job is to make sure that when Mississippi weather decides to Mississippi, you're actually protected.
Because when straight-line winds rearrange your patio furniture, a water heater floods your house, or hail turns your roof into a golf ball, nobody asks:
"Did I have the cheapest policy?"
They ask:
"Am I covered?"
From the day you buy your home to the day you file a claim, I'm here to help you understand what you're buying, what you're risking, and what you're protecting.
The lowest rate doesn't always create the biggest savings.
Sometimes it just creates the biggest surprise.
