Town Fund Grant Opportunities Are Now Available

Applications are now open for the Town Funds in Chatham, Falmouth, Harwich, and Sandwich. The Cape Cod Foundation proudly administers and oversees the grantmaking process for these four funds, each of which began as a grassroots effort by local residents committed to supporting the vital work of nonprofits in their communities. Many thanks to LaTanzi, Spaulding & Landreth, LLP for supporting The Cape Cod Foundation’s Annual Non-Event, a no frills, no fuss, no-attendance-required fundraiser. Their support helps us sustain the work of The Cape Cod Foundation and continually build capacity to serve the region.

Join the Absent-Tea Party! Your investment in the Foundation ultimately fuels initiatives that support nonprofit capacity building, nonprofit education and leadership development, partnerships with broad regional impact, and projects that bring vital shared resources to the nonprofit sector.

It’s Our Annual Non-Event Fundraiser!
This year’s celebration is steeped in tradition--an Absent-Tea Party! Darjeeling’s always appealing! And you can never go wrong with Oolong!

However, this pinkies-in-the-air, par-tea extraordinaire is a no-frills, no-fuss, no-attendance-required fundraiser. You simply buy a ticket to support the Foundation and brew up an evening you’ll really enjoy.

But before you do, let’s spill a little tea. With your support, the Foundation has now distributed over $115 million since inception. This year alone, we’ve awarded almost $1.2 million in scholarships for local students and about $1 million in grants to nonprofits supporting basic human needs. We also launched our enhanced Catalyst Grant Program designed to help nonprofits build capacity to reach the next level of organizational strength, stability, and effectiveness.

But we haven’t done this alone. There’s so much “tea” in “team.” Thank you for your continued support! Your contribution helps ensure we can not only sustain the Foundation but continually build capacity to serve the region.
