If you know someone who could use a cooked meal - here's the details

Sign up via TEXT: (no phone calls please) 508-348-9777 with first name and # of meals you need.

SIGN-UP Deadline: Tuesday, June 2nd at 2PM
PICK-UP: Thursday, June 4th..
PLACE: Hyannis Youth and Community Center
TIME: 4:30 - 5:30 PM drive through format

You can sign up for our next prepared meal distribution in EASTHAM for Thursday May 28th.

Here are the details --- please share with anyone on Cape Cod who could use a meal. Anyone can sign up. Our meals are already cooked, prepared from scratch - just need to take them home & heat up.

We will be distributing our healthy, prepared meals on Thursday May 28th.

We want to thank the 246 Community Kitchen Board for its’ $500 donation to the Family Table Collaborative in recognition for its’ collaboration in providing fresh produce boxes to them, increasing their ability to continue to provide nutritious, delicious hot meals to the community once a week in Wellfleet.
