Happy National Coaches Day to all of our SWSC coaches!

Coaching takes a lot more than showing up on game day. It’s planning practices, encouraging players, teaching through mistakes, celebrating progress, and creating an environment where kids can enjoy the game and feel like they belong.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time and energy our coaches give to our players and our club.

Have a coach you appreciate? Give them a shoutout in the comments today!

One of the coolest parts of SWSC Girls Night!

Some of our girls got the chance to take the field and welcome the UConn Women’s Soccer players during introductions!

10/05/2026

This past weekend, more than 170 members of our South Windsor soccer community came out for SWSC Girls Night at UConn Women’s Soccer…including more than 50 of our current girl players!

Some of our players even had the chance to take the field before the game and high-five the UConn players as they were introduced.

And we picked a pretty good night to show up…our group helped contribute to the largest crowd in the stadium’s history!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. Nights like this are about more than just watching a soccer game. They’re about giving our girls a chance to experience the game together, see where soccer can take them, and just have a really fun night with their teammates and our SWSC community.

Already looking forward to the next one!
