This year was the 10th annual South Williamsport Su***de Prevention walk. Each year is a great turnout but this year was amazing! Madison does such an amazing job preparing for months to make sure that this event can be the best in order to raise funds to fight the stigma, raise awareness for individuals and their families to know where to find support and to help others find the courage to seek help. We are beyond proud of her hard work and dedication to this cause and her selflessness in all that she does!

Out of the Darkness Walk to honor our precious Adri 💛

Jubilee won the crayola basket from Adriana Grace Memorial TWICE. Her mom won it first and let them re pick a number since we made the basket then her Oma won. It was meant to be hers.

I also had the pleasure to speak on su***de, share Adri’s story and my grief at First Church at Christ Deciples. It was such a welcoming Church and I’m honored they allowed me to speak on the subject of su***de 💜🩵 I will add the video of my speech separately as it would not allow me to with this post.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to my angel 💛

Oh Adj! How I love to celebrate you. Spoil you. Love you. Make you feel so special on your special day.

One of the happiest days of my life was 20 years ago and the 14 1/2 years after that. Today, I was okay, doing everything I could to make this day special, memorable and kind then we sang to you and it all fell apart. You weren’t there with your kind, beautiful smile, your contagious giggle, your fun, silly self. In that moment your absence became so loud. Tears filled my eyes and my heart ached. I long to hug you. To hold you. To tell you how much I love you.

Thank you to our tribe that came out to support during the annual "South Williamsport Su***de Prevention Walk". And thank you to Madison Losell who had a heart to create this event 9 years ago. Sadly, we all collaborate due to su***de loss of friends or family.... but glad we have each other and can raise awareness and hopefully help someone else...

5 years of walking up the little hill to your stone to wish you a Merry Christmas. To kiss you. To tell you how much I love and miss you. To stand there sobbing at the thought of another Christmas, another day without you. It does not get easier. There is a darkness surrounding all the Christmas joy. Your presence. Your life. Your love. Your laugh is missed immeasurably.

1 year without your dad. The first Christmas the boys will have without him. With all the sadness in my heart, I promise to shower them with love and gifts surrounded by family. I promise to not only keep you both in my heart but in the memories we will share.

With the immense heartache I feel deep in my soul, I will try to find comfort in our loved ones, live in the moment and be open to moments of joy.
