We are excited to get this season started with VOLUNTARY football conditioning!
Athletes registered for the 2026 season are encouraged to attend as many of these dates as possible.
Summer conditioning helps improve strength, motivation, speed, and learn fundamentals before the season begins.
The NYAA is excited to welcome WooTrain Fitness. WooTrain is an athletic conditioning program led by a former D-1 player with 5+ years of high-level training and competition. The NYAA will be covering the cost for our athletes to attend this training. All other dates will be led by our youth coaches and higher level athletes/mentors.

As we count down to the start of the season, we want to take a moment to recognize all of the incredible people working behind the scenes to make it happen!

From ordering equipment and uniforms to organizing schedules, registrations, and countless other details, so much work goes into preparing for the season long before the first practice begins.

We are grateful for the dedicated volunteers, board members, coaches, and families who are helping make this season possible. Your hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed!

The excitement is building, and we can't wait to see our athletes back on the field.
August will be here before we know it!

We want to give a special thank you to our amazing photographer, Brandy Mefford, as she steps away from our youth program.

For over a decade, she faithfully captured the smiles, memories, and special moments that have helped tell the story of our youth athletes. Her dedication, talent, and heart for our program have been such a blessing.

We are incredibly grateful for the time and love she has poured into our youth and community. While we will miss her, we wish her nothing but the best her next chapter.
Brandy, thank you for everything—you have left a lasting impact, and we appreciate you more than words can express! ❤️📸
