We kicked off the year with an amazing first session! It was wonderful to connect with one another and dive into the Real Colors workshop, where we learned more about our strengths, communication styles, and what makes each of us unique. We’re excited for the year ahead with such an awesome group!

Congratulations LDC class of 2025!

Please join this group this morning as they host coffee hour at Northeast Community College. They are excited to talk about their experience in the program and make new connections. Applications will be available for sessions beginning in September.

Today we wrapped up the final session for Leadership Dakota County 2025! What a great group of individuals. We had an insightful day learning about some history and tourism in Dakota County, visiting sites at Siouxland Freedom Park, The Danish Alps in Hubbard, and The historical O’Connor house and Comb School in Homer. Thank you to all of the participants and volunteers for a great day!
