Is the money or time you’re spending gambling causing problems in your life? Give yourself a break. One tool that many people find useful is self-exclusion. That is when you voluntarily complete a form to opt-out of gambling in all casinos and/or with all sports wagering operators in Maine for a chosen length of time. The self-exclusion process can be completed online with the assistance of trained staff. The process is fast, easy, and you don’t need to leave your home or office to do it. 🎉 What an incredible celebration! 🎉

All of us at 211 Maine are deeply appreciative to the many partners, supporters, staff, and friends who joined us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

We are grateful to our founding partners, the State of Maine and the United Ways of Maine, whose vision and support helped make 211 Maine possible.

A special thank you to The Opportunity Alliance for generously hosting this event and for serving as 211 Maine's contact center partner for the past 20 years.

Thank you to our Partnership Sponsor and event sponsor, Versant Power, and to our Program Sponsors, Central Maine Power and Kennebec Savings Bank, for helping make this celebration a success.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our anniversary supporters: Maine Community Bank, The Holy Donut, One Stop Event Rentals, mainelove, and Hannaford Supermarkets.

And a thank you to all of our speakers representing the 211 Maine Board, The Opportunity Alliance, and Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA).

The story of 211 Maine is truly a story of collaboration, partnership, and community.
