Phase 4 of the South Plainfield Hometown Heroes Program has been maxed out. We have received applications for the 28 available spots and will no longer be accepting applications.

Banners will be displayed starting July 4th 2022 thru Veteran's Day 2022.

This year the South Plainfield Hometown Heroes Program has received an overwhelming response. In just a few short weeks, we have exceeded the number of lampposts available to display banners.

The level of interest in this phase has far exceeded what we expected or had experienced in the prior phase of our program.

We know you are proud of your "Heroes", as are we. We hope to launch a Phase 4 of the program, which will be decided next summer. If there is a Phase 4, applications would be released on November 11th of 2021.

The SP Hometown Heroes Committee is pleased to announce that Phase 2 banners are currently displayed on the lamp posts in town. We expect to launch Phase 3 of our program on November 11, 2020 with banners to be displayed for the 2021 Memorial Day/4th of July holidays thru Veterans Day 2021. Details and application to be available in November of 2020.
