Short Folks For Hope’s Supers For Hope

Short Folks For Hope Foundation, a 501(c)(3) cancer support charity founded in 2012 by cancer survivor Kristen Short, launched its fifth project in 2018, Supers For Hope. Founded and managed by “Captain” Ian Short, our superheroes and special characters encourage kids to “Stay Strong!” and support charitable efforts in our communities.

Short Folks For Hope’s mission is to empower, encourage and celebrate cancer warriors, and to inspire and provide opportunities for youth to be creative, compassionate members of our communities.

Our projects are: Youth Ambassadors For Hope (2012), The Vivian St. Onge Memorial Rickshaw Team (2014), Hope Bear Project (2016), Wishes For Hope (2016), Furries For Hope (2017) and Supers For Hope (2018).
