Decorating at Heavenly CA Main Lodge begins tomorrow, FRIDAY, JUNE 5TH.

We have many volunteer slots to fill. Last year, we were able to get most of the decorating done in the first few days. Let's me that happen again!

We learned that some people had difficulty finding the sign-up link in school newsletters, so here it is:

Decorating the lodge top to bottom. We need lots of volunteers!!!

June 12 (8:30pm-12:30am)
Door Monitors (need 4 volunteers)

June 12 (11:30pm-2:30am)
Roamers/Food Court/Clean Up/Breakdown (need 6 volunteers)
Volunteers walk around the venue to ensure safety, tidy the food court/venue, and put things away as needed.

Class of 2026 Parents: Please sign up to help decorate. Senior parents are not allowed to volunteer the night of the event; it's your night to celebrate your graduate.

Class of 2027-2029 Parents: We need your help to make this event a success and to continue this annual tradition. We need volunteers to help decorate, work the event, and clean up.

Please spread the word that we need volunteers, and if you have friends or family in the community who would like to help please sign them up.

Decorating at Heavenly CA Main Lodge begins in TWO days, and we need volunteers, please!

We have many volunteer slots to fill. Many hands make light work, and on the night of the event we need to meet the correct adult to student ratio to ensure safety for all.

June 5-10
Decorating the lodge top to bottom. We need lots of volunteers!!! Last year, we were able to complete most of the decorating in the first three days. Let's make that happen this year!

PURCHASE YOUR TICKET BEFORE JUNE 12 TO AVOID A LONG LINE at the door on the night of the event.

June 3 at Senior Awards Night (TADA Theater)
June 5 before Senior Picnic/Beach Day (in front of the gym)
June 10 at graduation rehearsal (Viking Field)

The Grad Night flyer with QR code can be found around campus and in STHS emails (Senior Bulletin, Daily Announcements, and Friday Viking Newsletters). The flyer was also emailed to admin at Mt. Tallac and Elevated Digital Learning Academy.

This event is strictly for graduating seniors from South Tahoe High School, Mt. Tallac, and Elevated Digital Learning Academy. Friends, family, and alumni will not be permitted entry. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be given for ineligible guests. We verify all tickets at the door using QR code scanning and official school rosters.

We are excited to announce that South Tahoe Grad Night (also known as South Tahoe High School Sober Grad Night Task Force) is a recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Tahoe Women's Community Fund!

We are grateful beyond measure for their support! This grant will help fund our entertainment and prize giveaways at the Class of 2027 Grad Night celebration in June of next year. South Tahoe Grad Night has hosted sober Grad Night celebrations since 1992, and we couldn't do it without the support of community members, businesses, and other nonprofit organizations. Our fundraising efforts rely on donations, grants, and fundraisers. We appreciate everyone who continues to support our mission year after year. South Tahoe High School, Mt. Tallac, and Elevated Digital Learning Academy Class of 2027 graduates, we look forward to celebrating you!

Our annual celebration is less than TWO WEEKS away!

We begin decorating and transforming Heavenly Mountain Resort - California Main Lodge on June 5th, and on June 12th we’ll host the biggest party of the year celebrating the Class of 2026!

To make this event unforgettable, we still have many volunteer slots to fill. Our tickets, coat check, food service, and medical aid station spots have filled, but we need more volunteers. Whether you can help with decorating, setup, Blackjack, indoor and outdoor activities/games, supervision, or cleanup, every helping hand makes a difference.

We love and appreciate our volunteers!

Yesterday, Kilty Devine, Andrea Irwin, and Leslie Amato were at Senior Day at Lake Tahoe Community College selling Grad Night tickets and spreading the word about our big event on June 12th. Fellow Vikings moms, Desiree Hambel and Kelly Lancelotti, stopped by to support our team.

LTUSD Class of 2026: Grad Night tickets are available for purchase. Buy your ticket before June 12th to avoid standing in line.

STHS students: Find the poster on campus and use the QR code to purchase your ticket. Tickets can also be purchased at senior events, such as Senior Awards Night, prom, Senior Picnic/Beach Day, and graduation rehearsal.

Mt. Tallac/Elevated students: The poster with QR code has been emailed to your school.

**Please note: This event is for graduating seniors only. Alumni, friends, family, etc. may not attend and will be turned away at the door. After your purchase, you will receive an email and can view or print your ticket. You can also add it to your digital wallet for easier access.
