Based in South Holland, , ROC ED – River Oaks Community Education and Development Corporation – provides young people with a safe, educational and fun place to learn, grow and socialize. The accomplishes this through programming focused on academic enrichment, life skills development, health and fitness, and cultural awareness. With a Flex Loan from IFF, the organization was able to cover program-related costs while awaiting the disbursement of grant funds, helping to bolster its after-school programming.

With a streamlined application process, IFF's Flex Loans are designed to reduce the barriers face in accessing capital by offering up to $50,000 for Midwest nonprofits of all sizes for a wide range of purposes. Learn more about Flex Loans here: www.iff.org/flex-loan/

Need afterschool care but afraid you can't afford it?

ROC ED is an approved License Exempt center with the Illinois Department of Human Services as well as meal provider courtesy of Greater Chicago Food Depository! We also provide transportation to and from school! We provide enrichment activities while ensuring homework is done. Our students consistently rank as high achievers within their respective schools!!
