Rams Aquatic Club - RAC An age group competitive swim club for ages 6 - 18. Swimmers are taught competitive swimming strokes

Swimmers are taught competitive swimming strokes, proper technique, sportsmanship and have the opportunity to improve. Swimmers will also have the opportunity to compete and earn ribbons.

Please see the email sent yesterday about the Champ Meet. This year, older swimmers (11 and up) swim in the morning, and younger swimmers (10 and under) swim in the afternoon.

Good afternoon, RAC families. Tonight (Monday), there will be practice for our middle school MISCA qualifiers only from 5:30-7:30 pm. The MISCA meet is next weekend, and practice time this week is essential. To everyone else, please stay warm this evening, and we'll see you tomorrow!
