Hey Dove Open Nation.
As you can see I have created the event for 2027 . Although there is minimal information on the event. It's almost a save the date at this point.
Don't get me wrong. That is the date . And I appreciate those that have already committed to going and sharing the event.
The few changes , or shall I say updates , will be related to sponsorship opportunities.
Maybe someone gets the opportunity to dress Jim Maddog Summers for the day , I will say that will cost a good amount but anything within reason.
We intend to do more for the supporters , and while every year is special, next year is 20 years since Captain Harris and the Crew of Morphine 1-2 were called home.

It's done. Another year in the bag. No pun intended.
It was a great day of laughs tears memories and remembering why we were there.
Yes Karen had to listen to my debrief on the way home. And honestly it was some tweaks of things but then again if you're making better it will pass you up. Thank you again to the committee, Detachment, families guests that continue to support us and help support scholarships and veterans causes.
