TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

CAN YOU SMELL WHAT THE SCOUTS ARE COOKING🍗?

The weather is chilly but we are selling a taste of summer ☀️.

We have been here since 6am preparing lunch for you!

Come and get your chicken, baked potato, roll, coleslaw, beans and cookie for $16.

We will be selling from 11am-1pm (or until sold out).

So brave the chilly 🥶 temps and swing by to support a great group of kids.

We are partnering with Sorano’s Greenhouse to bring you beautiful Poinsettia’s this holiday season.

Stop by the Greenhouse (7 Petis Road, Gansevoort) any Friday, Saturday or Sunday starting this weekend (11/22) and mention “SGF Boy Scouts”. A portion of the proceeds will support our Troop. Various colors and sizes are available. A 6.5 inch pot is only $17.50.

***SCOUTING FOR FOOD***

Come see us tomorrow (11/9) from 10a-1p at Kingpin’s Alley Family Fun Center (166 Saratoga Avenue) in South Glens Falls to donate non-perishable food items. This event supports the food bank at the Moreau Community Center.

If you received a bag on your mailbox, a member of the Troop will be picking up the routes between 9a-12p.

This past Saturday we joined together with friends and family to celebrate our newest Eagle Scout, Alex Lapointe!

The celebration took place at the pavilion and patio that he built for the South Glens Falls Fire Department as his Eagle Project.

A special thank you to Mr. Donahue from the Moreau Town Board, Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner and Senator Jim Tedisco for joining us in celebrating Alex’s accomplishment.

We want to thank Senator Jim Tedisco for supporting our Troop and Logan Kibling’s Eagle Scout Project! The Senator shared a message about the significance of becoming an Eagle Scout and the values of civic responsibility, teamwork, and selflessness that are core tenants of the scouting program.
