Dartmouth Historical and Arts Society, Inc. We are a historical society that also promotes arts in the town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts

Goals for the organization include:

• Conserve, document and teach the history of Dartmouth.
• Preserve and rehabilitate the 1871 Schoolhouse
• Provide living history programs for children and adults about the 1871 Schoolhouse and Russells Mills Village.
• Sponsor and promote exhibitions, including those of art and history.
• Sponsor and host meetings, theater, art programs and book clubs.
