Carrot Cake Roll with Cream Cheese Frosting Filling 😍
Ingredients :
500 ml (2 c) carrots
250 ml (1 cup) pineapple chunks or crushed, drained
125 ml (1/2 cup) raisins
125 ml (1/2 cup) chopped walnuts
For the dry ingredients:
500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose flour

I'm so blessed to do lots of fundraisers all throughout the year! But one of my favorite organizations to do them for are the Woman's Clubs of the GFWC West Virginia!! I am so honored to partner with the Woman's Club of South Charleston for a fundraiser Saturday Oct. 21st called the "Witch’s Brew" which will donate proceeds to Domestic Violence Awareness!!!

Tickets are $25 and this includes dinner , entertainment, & opportunities for multiple prizes! Please plan to be with us and enjoy a night of fun, laughter, prizes, and entertainment by Swinging with Elvis!! Contact information is listed on the attached flyer!!!
