The School Counselor Collaborative Cohort is a year-long learning experience that provides practical strategies, peer collaboration, and a clear roadmap for implementing the VT School Counseling Framework and updated ASCA National Model. Whether you're new to the profession or an experienced school counselor looking to strengthen your program, the Collaborative Cohort will help you develop a path to success!

Led by experienced school counselor leaders Rachel Petraska and Patti Tomashot, participants will gain tools for program development, student support, self-care, and professional growth while connecting with colleagues and experts throughout the year.
