RJ Oliver Memorial Scholarship To promote an athletic scholarship in loving memory of Robert "RJ" Oliver.

The RJ Oliver Memorial Scholarship is a Limited Liability Company established in the fall of 2016 to commemorate the life and legacy of Robert Douglas Oliver, Jr. His passion for sports and caring for others brought families and communities together. The purpose of this organization is to continue his legacy by supporting students in school and community sports who would not ordinarily have the opportunity or resources to participate.

Students in Make It Your Business class, along with Mr. Berkley presented a check to Mr. Taquan Logan, Founder of Life - a non-profit organization in South Boston, Virginia founded in 2020 with dreams of giving back to the underprivileged youth in the community.

Students in Make It Your Business voted to donate money to a local charity as a way of giving back to their community. Students also made a contribution to the RJ Oliver Memorial Scholarship fund. We are pleased to give back and to support our community.
