Our goal is to bridge the gap between our local businesses, faith-based organizations, and residents to create a thriving ecosystem of support and growth. Why We Exist Since 2020, we have been resharing the best of what Halifax has to offer. Now, we are taking it a step further. We are moving from "complaining about the area" to "building the area." We believe that through intentional connection, we can market our community online and create real-world impact. Our Pillars

🏈 GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL FUNDRAISING GAME! 🏈

Girls, want to play some flag football AND help support a great cause? 💗

HCHS will be holding a Girls Flag Football Fundraising Game on November 13 to benefit the Halifax County Cancer Association!

The game is open to girls in all grade levels who are in good standing.

📌 IMPORTANT: You MUST have a current VHSL physical on file to participate.

🗓️ Sign-up deadline: October 9
🏈 Teams and practice information will be announced at a later date.

Interested in playing? Check your HCHS school email for the sign-up form. The email was sent Monday, September 28, at 12:37 PM, so that's the one to look for!

🔥 We’re looking for 10 leaders ready to disrupt leadership as usual.

Dr. Kellie M. Dixon and Dr. Danielle Green are back at it again and are preparing to launch Disruptive Leadership for Change Agents—and before we open the course to the broader community, we’re inviting 10 leaders to experience it first.

This pilot is designed for leaders ready to:

→ Challenge traditional ways of thinking
→ Strengthen how they lead through change
→ Build stronger relationships and collaboration
→ Expand their leadership impact

And because your insight matters, we’re looking for participants willing to provide thoughtful feedback that will help us strengthen the experience before its official launch.

We’re excited to bring the Feed Halifax Trailer to Nathalie for a community food distribution! ❤️

We’ll have food available for members of our community, and everyone is welcome!
