Reminder To Our Members: We are celebrating the life of Sister Geneva tomorrow, October 16th, in our main sanctuary. Join us as we honor her memory with a viewing and visitation at 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Please continue to keep the entire family in your prayers.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Sister Geneva Williams, who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Born June 12, 1943, Sister Geneva was the VERY FIRST and LONGEST-SERVING member of our church family. Her love, prayers, and faithfulness helped lay the foundation of this ministry, and her legacy lives on in every one of us who walks through our doors.
The homegoing service will be held at Faith Alive Ministries. Arrangements are pending and will be shared as soon as they are finalized.

We ask that you surround Sister Geneva's family with prayer in the days ahead. Her absence will be deeply felt throughout our church family, so let us also lean on one another and lift each other up as we grieve together.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." (Matthew 25:21)

Why we praise so radically! 🙌✨
They’ve been trying to lull us into thinking, “it don’t take all that” because they want you to be accepted by people who don’t need all that.
Of course it don’t take all that if you have all your bills paid, you’re married and stable, you’ve got a beautiful home, and your cupboards are full.
But as for me? I saw too many stories in the Bible where people were told to shut up, but they started screaming louder! Bartimaeus wouldn’t be quiet—he had eyes, and he needed to see Jesus! The Syrophoenician woman wouldn’t stop—she needed her daughter healed!
When you need a move from God, you’ve got to find somebody and say, It takes all that! 🔥🙏

True satisfaction can never be found in the flesh—only in Christ. When we fall into the traps of comparison, competition, constant complaining, coveting, and carnality, we lose our spirit of gratitude and block our own growth. Instead of looking at what others have, learn the power of true contentment and find your resolve in Him!
