Corvilla empowers individuals with disabilities in Michiana to live with independence, create community, find exciting employment, and make and sell vibrant art & furniture while learning vocational skills. Serving the region since 1959, Corvilla provides residential services (group homes, supported living & remote monitoring), day services (vocational skills training) and employment services (job coaches help find community employment for clients).

⚠️ Important Note: If you're planning to set up a tent, you'll need to purchase an extra parking space. If you're bringing a trailer or driving an RV, you'll need to purchase 4 parking spaces. Our lot closes 2 hours after the end of the concert. We do not allow overnight parking. We have a porta-potty on site. We do not sell tickets through any other vendor (like Stubhub) and we don't allow for resale of purchased tickets.

✨We inquired more about the motivation behind Stephen's passion - here's what he had to say:

"The goal of my creative work is to make something worthy of the viewer’s attention. Typically, I do this by adding interpretive layers, double-meanings, and hidden details that suggest something deeper than surface appearance. I love witnessing (or hearing about) the moment when someone discovers a treasure hidden in my work. Someday, I hope to craft the perfect children’s book, one which captures all at once the surprise, joy, delight, and wonder of staring at the whole of creation and discovering, for the first time, that it was all made for you… I’ll certainly never get there, but I’d sure like to try."

Stephen Barany is the award-winning author and illustrator of Alphabet Parade: An Alliterative Alphabet Adventure and Bloomington Wins! He serves as an Assistant Professor of Visual Arts at Holy Cross College where he teaches design and leads seminars for first and second-year students. There’s been a lot of confusion around Medicaid lately, so we made this graphic to help explain two separate issues. 👇

🟣 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 = whether someone meets the level of care for waiver services.

🟢 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 = whether someone keeps Medicaid coverage.

⚠️ Two different processes. Two different decisions. Both can cause people with disabilities to lose important care and services.

Please share so families, providers, and lawmakers understand the difference. ❤️

Do you have extra, unused, or forgotten LEGO bricks at home? 💚💚

We are looking for LEGO donations of any color, shape, or size for our day program. Our clients use the bricks for their STEM class in order to spark creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning. Help us build new skills one brick at a time!
