IATSE Local 187 The local chapter of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees in South Bend, IN. This page is meant for Local 187 announcements.

IATSE Local 187 is the union representing professional stagehands working in South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Plymouth, Culver, and Warsaw Indiana and Niles Mi. The union negotiates agreements with venues to provide skilled labor in the areas of audio, carpentry, rigging, electrics, projection, wigs, and costumes to work events ranging from rock concerts to touring Broadway shows. Local 187

has approximately 50 full members and fosters the employment dozens of over hire individuals on a regular basis. We retain the right to remove any posts and ban members, especially for:
- Spamming
- Harassment or hateful language
- Off-topic posting, especially local union sensitive information or business that should be handled through official union channels. Facebook is not official communications with the IATSE Local 187.
