Founded January 16, 1920, Zeta began as an idea conceived by five coeds at Howard University in Washington D.C.: Arizona Cleaver, Myrtle Tyler, Viola Tyler, Fannie Pettie and Pearl Neal. These five women, also known as our Five Pearls, dared to depart from the traditional coalitions for black women and sought to establish a new organization predicated on the precepts of Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood. 💙🤍Sisterhood, Bonding & Painting! 🤍💙

Today was all about sisterhood, laughter, creativity, and making memories! 🥰

We came together for a fun day of bonding and painting, and we had such a GREAT time! From sharing laughs to expressing our creativity, it was a beautiful reminder of how special it is to connect, encourage, and enjoy one another.

There’s nothing like spending time with amazing women, strengthening our bonds, and creating memories that last long after the paint dries! 🎨❤️

Sisterhood is more than a connection—it’s a blessing! 💙🤍

For 251 years, the United States Navy has stood watch—defending our nation, protecting our freedoms, and serving with courage, honor, and unwavering commitment across the seas and around the world.

Today, we salute the generations of Sailors who answered the call to serve. We honor those currently standing the watch, those who served before them, and those whose sacrifice will forever be woven into the proud history of the United States Navy.

To every Sailor—past and present—and to the families who have supported them through deployments, separations, homecomings, and countless sacrifices: thank you for your service and dedication to our nation.
