Close to 10 years ago in doing an interview about Keep South Bend Beautiful, I was telling someone about how Leeper Park Island was one of my favorite places in South Bend. The response was, "Great! Where's that?"... Come Wednesday and find out!

Lend your perspective to a project that has a lot to do with Keeping South Bend Beautiful.

Working with the City of South Bend - Municipal Government, the South Bend Parks & Recreation Department, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County, and others on developing a Master Plan for the Historic City Cemetery in South Bend. Come share your thoughts on the process February 3 at the Charles Martin Youth Center at 5:30.

Hello hello!
The Music Village has been doused in water (due to a burst sprinkler pipe above Woochi) and is in desperate need of supplies and volunteers to help pack and move stuff to the 2nd floor of the JMS Building (108 N.Main St. downtown South Bend).

What is needed:
* volunteers THIS SATURDAY the 11th between 10m-2pm
* dollies and/or carts
* boxes
* dry rags, paper towels, cleaner
* heavy duty trash bags
* utility and/or push brooms and dust pans
