YSB was honored to be chosen as one of the volunteer sites for Everwise Credit Union Day of Giving this week. Thanks for standing with our youth!

There are over 100 Safe Place sites in St. Joseph County for young people who need immediate help.

For many young people, navigating school, relationships, family challenges, and everyday pressures can feel overwhelming. When mental health struggles arise, it's important for youth to know they are not alone and support is available.

On World Mental Health Day, let's continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind the young people in our lives that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Safe Place and TXT 4 HELP are available 24/7 for youth in crisis. Text SAFE and your current location to 44357 to connect with the nearest Safe Place site. Reply 2CHAT to text interactively with a mental health professional.
