We’re so grateful to our friends at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union for their generous $2,500 donation to our school!

During a recent visit, we had the pleasure of introducing Rachel to some of our favorite campus residents—our goats and chickens! 🐐🐔 Caring for animals and learning animal husbandry are part of our land-based program—just one of the things that makes Good Shepherd such a unique and joyful learning environment.

Good Shepherd is pleased to recognize the Children's Museum of South Bend as the recipient of its annual Chiaravalle Award. “Chiaravalle” translates to “valley of light” and is the town in Italy where Dr. Maria Montessori was born. We honor our friends at CMSB for spreading the ✨ LIGHT ✨of compassion and learning by creating a safe and engaging place for children to grow through play and discovery. The museum is a beacon of light in our community, representing the hope that by nourishing all children's natural curiosity, creativity, and potential, we will create a better world.
