Sunday, November 15th | Saint Mary’s Convent

Join the South Bend Alumnae Club as we gather in fellowship to celebrate Founders’ Day. For those who would like to attend, Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Loretto.

Following Mass, all are welcome to please join us for refreshments and a special program featuring stories of the Sisters of the Holy Cross who served during the Spanish-American War. If weather allows, we will conclude with a tour of the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.

Dear Alumnae,

On Wednesday, September 23, the Francis A. McAnaney Humanities Lecture will feature not one, but two remarkable guests: New York Times bestselling author and National Book Award finalist, Lauren Groff, alongside acclaimed Chaucerian, Oxford professor, and author of a prize-winning “biography” of the Wife of Bath, Marion Turner.

Both will be joining us in person at 7:30 p.m. in O’Laughlin Auditorium. We hope to see you at the lecture and post-event book signing.

Save the Date! Together for Others: A Sisterhood of Service
We will offer two separate dates for more volunteers to join us at Cultivate South Bend. This is such an amazing opportunity for our club to join the College's Together for Others service initiative and to show our sisterhood in action within our community.

Thank you to our members of the Club who joined us for our local student send-off event!

Your presence helped make the gathering welcoming, meaningful, and memorable for a few of our newest Belles and their families. We are especially grateful for the alumnae panels, which offered such helpful stories, information, and advice about life at Saint Mary’s and the lasting value of the Saint Mary’s community.
