A petrified heart tells a story that is hard to refute.
A HEART IN STONE
In Western Australia’s Gogo Formation, scientists have uncovered something that should not exist if the earth were as old as secular timelines claim. Inside a fossilized fish, researchers found a fully preserved three dimensional heart, complete with a liver, stomach, and intestines. These delicate organs normally disappear within hours, yet here they remain locked in stone with stunning clarity. Using synchrotron X ray tomography and neutron imaging, scientists scanned the limestone nodules and revealed an S shaped two chambered heart, a lobed liver, spiral intestines, and detailed stomach structure. Evolutionists assign an age of 380 million years, but the preservation itself exposes the impossibility of such vast ages.
Soft organs do not last long. Bacteria, oxygen, scavengers, and natural decay destroy them almost immediately after death. The only way a heart, liver, and stomach could survive is if the creature was buried instantly under heavy sediment in an oxygen poor environment, freezing all decay in its tracks. That is exactly what a catastrophic flood produces. Sudden torrents of mud and water sweep creatures beneath layers of sediment, sealing them before they can rot. The fact that dozens of fish from the same site are preserved in perfect three dimensional detail shows that this was not slow or gradual. It was rapid, violent, and overwhelming.
This remarkable fossil does not point to millions of years. It points straight to the global Flood described in Genesis. Only a world shattering catastrophe could bury entire populations so quickly that even their organs remain intact. These fossils are not silent relics of deep time. They are powerful stone witnesses to the judgment in Noah’s day and vivid confirmation that God’s Word is true from the very first verse.
