Coryell Autism Center is recruiting an Operations Manager! Join us in Santa Cruz, California.
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help us keep things running smoothly and provide the best support to individuals with autism and their families.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center
• Work closely with team coordinators, direct service staff, and our leadership team
• Find ways to make our processes more efficient and effective
• Manage administrative and financial tasks
• Ensure we’re meeting all policies and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Board Certificated Behavior Analyst:
Coryell Autism Center, located in downtown Santa Cruz, has served adult clients with autism since 2007. As we continue to grow, and serve more clients, we are looking for additional support of a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This position is ideal for someone interested in a flexible schedule, averaging 15 to 20 hours per week. Some onsite hours are required, and remaining hours can be completed offsite. This position reports to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities Include:
-Supervision of RBT staff.
-Implementation of client treatment plans.
-Observation & review of client data & performance toward goals.
-Administer assessment tools & collaboration on treatment plan updates.

We are excited to once again partner with the Coryell Autism Center to provide five new duck boxes for resident birds at Loch Lomond Reservoir! The kind folks at the Center built and delivered the boxes and after surveying ideal habitats for avian activity, one of our Rangers installed them along the shoreline throughout the park. Thank you Coryell Autism Center!
